Self-adhesive vinyl planks with a pre-applied adhesive layer
The back of each PVC plank has an adhesive layer protected by removable release paper. During installation, the paper is removed and the plank is positioned on a suitably prepared subfloor. It is then pressed into place according to the installation instructions.
This peel-and-stick vinyl flooring bonds directly to the subfloor and does not use a click-lock connection between planks. A suitable surface and careful preparation are therefore essential for a satisfactory result.

One plank covers 0.13935456 m². An order of 20 planks provides approximately 2.79 m² of flooring before cutting waste.

For a continuous floor area, order the full quantity, including spare planks, together wherever possible. Colour variations may occur between production batches.
Prepare the subfloor and install your vinyl flooring
Self-adhesive PVC flooring requires a firm, level, smooth, clean and dry subfloor. The surface must be free from dust, grease and loose material. Uneven areas and contamination can affect adhesion.
Before starting, check that the existing floor surface is suitable for direct bonding. Plan the direction of the planks and the necessary cuts before removing the release paper. Follow the product-specific instructions for preparation and installation.
Designed for light domestic use
Model 1048-5 is rated use class 21 and is intended for lightly used areas in the home, such as bedrooms or guest rooms with low foot traffic. Always consider the actual level of use in the area you intend to cover.
The PVC material is water-resistant. However, the installed floor is not watertight because of the joints between the planks. Suitable kitchen areas and dry parts of bathrooms may also be considered where conditions are appropriate and use is light.
Do not use in showers, permanently wet areas or locations exposed to standing water. Installation over underfloor heating is not recommended.
Care and colour considerations
Remove loose dirt regularly and wipe up spills promptly. Clean the floor gently and avoid leaving standing water on its surface.
