👉 When installing on ceramic tiles, it may be necessary to additionally reinforce the installation with a professional mounting adhesive.
This strongly depends on the type of tiles:
✔ smooth, flat, glazed tiles → self-adhesive layer is usually sufficient
⚠ textured, porous tiles, heavily structured surfaces, or deep grout lines → reduced adhesion may occur
➡ In such cases, we strongly recommend using an additional suitable mounting adhesive (e.g. flexible hybrid or construction adhesive) to ensure a permanently secure installation.
This information is essential for the long-term durability of the wall covering.
Surface Requirements
For optimal adhesion, the surface should be:
